These 10-foot replicas of the Vans Sk8-Hi MTE-3 took a wintery drive across Upstate New York, through the Meatpacking District, across Brooklyn before hitting Long Island and beyond. Illustrating to the streets, the footwear’s functional benefits against cold weather elements. The toe caps, laces, textures, and built-out interiors were carefully detailed to ensure the finished replicas remained true to their inspiration.
