Mall Ball

Minnesota Twins

Heading into the second half of the MLB season, the Minnesota Twins held an impromptu home run derby on one of Minneapolis’ most iconic streets: Nicollet Mall.

Thousands of fans came to watch their favorite players take part in a backyard-style game (Wiffle Ball in 2018, Vitilla in 2019), and a few lucky fans got to take a swing. 

The event also featured free ballpark-inspired food and beverages, live music, photo opportunities and more!
