MID LEVEL ART DIRECTOR

We are looking to add an Art Director with around 3 to 6 years industry experience, to the Street Factory team. You’ll work directly with the fellow Creative Directors, Designers and Account Teams.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where big ideas meet boots-on-the-ground execution. You’ll be responsible for concepting and visualizing standout experiential campaigns—taking them from napkin sketch to design stages and overseeing final execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the full team of strategists, directors, designers, producers, and clients to develop breakthrough experiential concepts. 
  • Create compelling visual presentations for client pitches and internal reviews. 
  • Design mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, environmental layouts, and branded assets that bring physical spaces and experiences to life in ways that connect to the target audience. 
  • Ensure brand and concept consistency across all visual touchpoints. 
  • Partner with production and fabrication teams to ensure creative vision translates effectively into the real world. 
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as a confident visual communicator.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative development, preferably at an agency or studio with experiential, event, or environmental design work 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand experiences, spatial design, and integrated campaigns 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with 3D rendering tools (SketchUp, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a bonus 
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible visual experiences 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship 
  • Comfortable presenting work to clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Passion for culture, design, and creating experiences that move people
