Field/Tour Manager

FIELD/TOUR MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES (WHILE ON TOUR):

● Frequent Traveling around America. Typically as a driver, but sometimes on flights. Including but not limited to: Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks, Pickup Trucks, Food Trucks, and occasionally Trailers.
● Serve as the primary manager of Street Factory mobile tours, deliveries, and installations.
● Onsite management of Brand Ambassador teams ranging from 2 to 30 people.
● Train in-market Brand Ambassador staff and provide ongoing guidance.
● Oversee the execution of major experiential events, ensuring adherence to project goals and quality standards.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during events or installations, with immediate communication to HQ when necessary.
● Conduct location scouting and assist with non-traditional media scouting, installation, and reporting as needed.
● Lead the production, installation, and strike of event assets, including in-store displays and other activations.
● Packing and handling of custom assets is critical to the success of this role and projects.
● Knowledge of how to secure loads in/on vehicles is a plus.
● High attention to detail, in conducting live quality control of assets while reporting in real time to develop feasible solutions.
● Capture and report event data, including photos and videos, as needed.

LOGISTICS/FABRICATION RESPONSIBILITIES (WHILE OFF TOUR):

● Assist with managing Street Factory’s storage facility and inventory systems, ensuring organizational efficiency.
● Create and maintain itemized inventory catalogs and client storage calendars.
● Receive shipments and coordinate loading/unloading of vehicles.
● Collaborate with the Director of Logistics to develop logistics plans, packing/crating solutions, and efficient asset transport strategies.
● Drive vehicles locally and nationally, including box trucks and other large vehicles, to activations or storage sites.
● Assist with fleet maintenance, including shuttling vehicles for servicing and ensuring DOT compliance.
● Oversee the disposal, recycling, donation, or storage of assets upon project completion.
● Support fabrication staff as needed, depending on qualifications and project requirements.
● Ensure the fabrication shop adheres to OSHA standards and safe practices.
● Maintain and order safety equipment, packing materials, and shop supplies.
● Hazardous material disposal and ensure proper handling procedures are followed.
● Contribute to the general upkeep of the fabrication shop and assist in custom prop creation as skills allow.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

● Work collaboratively with internal teams, including campaign operations, field marketing, account managers, creative design, and support teams, to drive projects forward.
● Analyze project requirements and develop methods to achieve goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
● Demonstrate creative problem-solving and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
● Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful project execution.

REQUIREMENTS

● Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in event management, logistics, or fabrication.
● Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to high-stress environments.
● Strong organizational skills and an elevated attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
● Demonstrated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
● Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the year.
● Experience driving box trucks and larger vehicles; CDL license NOT required.
● Clear driving record and familiarity with DOT regulations.
● Ability to lift 60+ lbs regularly.
● Forklift and heavy machinery certifications are a plus; willingness to be trained for safe machinery operation required.
● DOT Medical Certificates are a plus; willingness to complete a DOT Physical is required.
● Awareness of health and safety procedures for tools, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
