As the Content Director at Street Factory, you will be responsible for managing, developing and overseeing all brand-focused video/photography content projects as well as internal video/photography storytelling — from conception to completion.


  • Manage multiple concurrent programs using SF’s program management process framework
  • Analyze project requirements and work with teams to create methods to achieve goals and maintain a project plan while ensuring quality control.
  • Communicate project objectives and progress to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (creative director, campaign ops, field marketing, account managers, social media strategists, design team, & support teams) to drive projects forward.
  • Confident managing client relationships and communication
  • Creative concepting , storyboarding and strategy
  • Creating scopes of work, pricing and production timelines
  • Lead production process
  • Sourcing and managing third party partners and talent, both locally and around the country
  • Overseeing onsite execution, final delivery, recap and reconciliation
  • Managing small in-house team of content creators
  • Participating on team as director, videographer, photographer, and editor as needed
  • Manage Street Factory social channels


  • 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Self-starting attitude
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with effective results
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • High-quality written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Ability and willingness to travel to out-of-state assignments

This is a local position, so candidates must be based in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
