ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

The Associate Producer is an important production role that supports senior and executive producers to ensure assigned services and deliverables are executed at the highest level of quality. Additionally, the Associate Producer helps to ensure that each assigned project is delivered on time and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage multiple concurrent programs using established program management process framework under the direction of an SFM Producer.
● Analyze project requirements and work with teams to create methods to achieve goals and maintain project plan while ensuring quality control.
● Communicate project objectives and progress to leadership on a regular basis.
● Collaborate with key stakeholders (campaign ops, field marketing, account managers, creative design team, & support teams) to drive projects forward.
● End-to-end management responsibility for program/project execution including but not limited to executing and managing all campaigns and project initiatives, providing proof of performance reporting, staffing, and tracking all costs.
● Client discovery and relationship management
● Creative concepting and strategy
● Sourcing and managing vendors
● Managing onsite execution, final delivery, recap and reconciliation
● Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

● 2-3 years of relevant experience
● Self-starter with a positive attitude
● Ability to handle high-stress situations with effective results
● Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
● High-quality written and interpersonal communication skills
● Creative problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
● Desire to learn, be continually challenged, and grow
● Ability and willingness to travel (average 10 days per month)
